Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of the QuilFlow website and services. By using our site or engaging us, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or our services.

What we provide

QuilFlow builds AI systems, automations, dashboards, web apps, and local-marketing services (including Google Business Profile optimisation and review systems) for local and growing businesses. The specific scope of any engagement is agreed in writing before we begin.

No guarantee of specific results

We’re outcome-driven and we work hard for results — but rankings, reviews, leads and revenue depend on many factors outside our control, including Google’s and other platforms’ algorithms and policies, your market, and your own response times.

• We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, number of reviews, or revenue figure.
• Every review we help generate is genuine and customer-written. We never create fake reviews, incentivise dishonest ones, or use methods that put your profile at risk.
• We follow the policies of the platforms we work with. We can’t be responsible for changes those platforms make.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts and assets needed to deliver your service.
• Use our work and any systems we build lawfully and as intended.
• Keep any logins or access we share with you secure.

Fees & payment

Pricing is quoted per engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Work may be paused or stopped for overdue accounts.

Intellectual property

• Deliverables we create for you become yours as agreed in your engagement, typically on full payment.
• Our underlying tools, frameworks, and know-how remain ours.
• Your data and business content remain yours — we only use them to deliver your service.

Third-party services

Our work often connects to third-party services (such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, payment and scheduling tools). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability or actions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our site or services — including attempting to disrupt them, access them unlawfully, or use them for anything illegal or harmful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuilFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the agreement for that work. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, payment and liability) continue after termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Panchkula, Haryana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
